Pure Wine Cafe is an upscale wine bar in the middle of Ellicott City. The wines are broken down into different categories from bubbles, white, complex and rich. They serve wide varieties of wine with small plates of health food including different kinds of cheese, Italian meats, tapas, light snacks, Mediterranean food and desert. The cozy bar looks great and the place is very clean. There are probably about six scattered tables around the bar. The decor inside the bar is also very nice with contemporary paintings and a modern feel. This place is a great addition to Ellicott City!
